How to proceed?

1. Please send us your name, company name and mail address, if you are interested in working with us. Then we will contact you back very soon. 

    Or, please contact us by phone, WhatsApp and WeChat directly. 

2. You can provide us with your samples, artwork, design drawing, or photos. Also, you can select the styles from our collections. Then to start the

    development or get the quotation first.

3. Issue the proforma invoice after confirming the development samples and prices. Start to arrange for the bulk production, after all the final 

    confirmation of the final samples.  

4. During bulk production, we will keep a connection with your side. When the bulk production is finished, we will send you the shipping sample 

    for the approval of the goods. You also can come and inspect the goods, or you can arrange a third party to do the inspection for you if needed.

5. Delivery arrangement. We can help you to arrange the shipment, or deliver the goods to your appointed shipping agent.

6. After-sales service. 

How do you transport the goods?

-- By seafreight.

The freight charge by sea is much cheaper than by airfreight, This is also the most common method of transportation. The delivery time normally will be within one month to two months. 

-- By airfreight.

The cost of airfreight is more expensive than by sea, but the delivery time will be faster from several days to more than one week. This is suitable for the goods which you request to be received quickly, and the quantity is not too much.

-- By express.

DHL, TNT, UPS, EMS, FEDEX, etc. In general, these are suitable for very small quantities, or the samples. Normally, door-to-door, it's more direct and convenient. But the freight charge of these is also more expensive based on each unit.  

-- The others.

How long the time is needed to arrange?

* Sample development: normally 10-15 days. 

* Bulk lead time: normally 35-45 days after final confirmation.

* Also, you can discuss with us if you have any other requirements.  

How about the terms of payment?

* First payment/deposit before arranging the bulk production. 

* Final payment before goods delivery.

* About more details, we can have further discussions.

We will keep you informed of the situation in production. Will discuss with your side if there are issues which need to get your confirmation.

Quality assurance

We have our own quality control system to pay attention to the quality control. Also, we would welcome it if you would arrange the inspection from your side.

After sales

We will try our best to provide the best quality products according to your requirements. However, because most of the current clothing production is still manual, and in view of the special process that denim clothing needs to do the washing, there is generally an acceptable allowance based on the approval sample. 


And if there are still some serious situations which are out of the allowance when you receive the goods, please contact us. We will make a prompt response, and cooperate with you in dealing with the problems properly.
